RESOLUTION TO PROCEED WITH IMPROVEMENT INSTALLATION
PRAIRIE CREEK ESTATES FIRST ADDITION
WHEREAS, A public improvement plan for paving, erosion control, water,
sanitary sewer and storm sewer improvements at Prairie Creep Estates First Addition has
been submitted to the City of Fairfax, Iowa; and
WHEREAS, The City Engineer has reviewed said plans and profiles for
construction of said improvements at Prairie Creels Estates First Addition and certifies
that they are in conformance to design standards of the City of Fairfax, Iowa and the
Metropolitan Area Design Standards; and
BE IT RESOLVED, That the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, grants
permission for contractors to proceed with installation of paving, erosion control, water;
sanitary sewer and storm sewer improvements at Prairie Creep Estates First Addition in
the City of Fairfax, Linn County,Iowa; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,By the City Council of
the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and City Cleric are hereby authorized and
directed to execute said Resolution.
