A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS
(Remaining Proceeds from Prior Debbt Issue)
Be it enacted by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,Iowa:
Section 1. Transfer from Water Main Reconstruction Capital Project Fund ($1,185,000
General Obligation Corporate Purpose Notes, Series 2001, issued on June 1, 2001 and
$450,000 General Obligation Water note Series 2001A, issued on October 1, 2001) to the
Wastewater Treatment Facility Fund as follows:
a. Transfer Order: $67,640.24 Purpose: Paying the cost of certain sanitary
sewer improvements
Section 2. Transfer from $465,000 Combined Capital Project Fund ($465,000 General
Obligation Corporate Purpose Notes, Series 2003, issued on March 1, 2003) to the
Wastewater Treatment Facility Fund as follows:
a. Transfer Order: $36,647.16 Purpose: Paying the cost of certain sanitary
sewer improvements
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Iowa that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said.
