A RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATED COST FOR
AERATED LAGOON MODIFICATIONS" PROJECT
Be it enacted by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa:
WHEREAS, On the 291h day of September, 2005 plans, specifications, form of contract,
and estimated cost were filed with the Clerk of Fairfax, Iowa, for the construction of the Aerated
Lagoon Modifications Project within the corporate limits; and
WHEREAS, Notice of hearing on plans, specifications, form of contract, and estimated
cost was published as required by law.
BE IT RESOLVED, That the said plans, specifications, farm of contract and estimated
cost are hereby approved as the plans, specifications, form of contract and estimated cost for said
improvements for said project,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, By the City council for the
City of Fairfax, Iowa that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
execute said Resolution.
