RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 FOR AERATED
LAGOON MODIFICATION PROJECT,DIVISION III—ELECTRICAL WORK
WHEREAS, the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa has contracted with Mayberry
Electric for the construction of the Aerated Lagoon Modification Project, Division III —
Electrical Work, within the corporate limits; and
WHEREAS, the city engineers, Hall and Hall Engineers, Inc, have recommended
Change Order No. 1 for an increase of$2,150.00, to install 700 lineal feet of 314" PVC
conduit with 248 & 1410 ground, trenching, 1GFI weatherproof receptacle and 1 QO
.120v circuit breaker.
BE IT RESOLVED,By the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, to approve
Change Order No. 1 for the Aerated Lagoon Modification Project, Division III —
Electrical Work, which will result in an increase of $2,150.04 to make a revised total
construction contract cost amount of$60,650.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, By the Fairfax City
Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized.
and directed to execute said.Resolution.
