C�005--5 3 RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT WHEREAS, A PLAT OF PRAIRIE' CREEK iESTATE5`SECOND A5DITI0N TO THE CITY OF FAIRFW LININ COUNTY, IOWA containing six (5) lots, numbered 1 through 5, both inclusive, and lettered Lot A, has been filed with -the City Clerk and after consideration of the same is found to be correct and in accordance with the provisions of the taws of the State of Iowa; and the ordinances of the City of Fairfax, in irelabon to Plats and Additions to Cities, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, IOWA, that said plat and dedication of said Prairie Creek Estates Second Addition to the City of Fairfax, (Linn County, Iowa, be and the same is.hereby acknowledged and approved on the part of the City of Fairfax, Iowa and the dedication to the pubilic, Lot A within the plat that is designated for streets, and easements with their purpose shown is approved, and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby directed to certify this resolution of approval and affix the same to said plat as bylaw provided.
