A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FAIRFAX FIRE
DEPARTMENT TO PURCHASE A MEDICAL RESCUE VEHICLE
WHEREAS, The Fairfax Fire Department has requested that the City Council approve
the Fire Department purchasing a 1995 E-350 Life Line Type III Modular Medical Rescue
Vehicle from Emergency Vehicle Sales & Service in the amount of$25,000.00 with the payment
being made from the Fire Department's Truck Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,By the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Iowa, that the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby directed to certify this resolution of approval
and the Mayor is authorized to sign the quotation from Emergency Vehicle Sales& Service.
