A RESOLUTION TO ISSUE PARTIAL PAYMENT ##1 TO RATHJE
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR THE 2005 80TH 'S'TREET SEWER AND
WATER MAIN EXTENSIONS
WHEREAS, That on December 13, 2005 Resolution No `(L6)( vas
passed and approved with the said Resolution directing the City Clerk to make partial
payment of$18,424.30 to Ratlije Construction Company for the 2005 80th Street Sewer
and Water Main Extensions; .and
BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that the
City Clerk is hereby directed to issue partial payment in the amount of$18,424.30 for the
2005 89th Street Sewer and Water Main Extensions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, By the Fairfax City
Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute said Resolution.
