A RESOLUTION TO ISSUE PARTIAL PAYMENT#1 TO AERATION
INDUSTRIES INTERNATIONAL,INC. FOR THE AERATED LAGOON
MODIFICATIONS, DIVISION I—FLOATING MECHANICAL AERATORS
WHEREAS, That on December 13, 2005 Resolution Ido. - uas
passed and approved with said Resolution directing the City Clerk to make partial
payment of$37,335.00 to Aeration Industries International, Inc. for the Aerated Lagoon
Modifications,Division I Floating Mechanical Aerators.
BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Fairfax, Iowa,
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to issue partial payment in the amount of
$37,335.00 for the Aerated Lagoon Modifications, Division I — Floating Mechanical
Aerators.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, By the Fairfax City
Council of the City of Fairfax,Iowa, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute said Resolution.
