A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR
REIMBURSEMENT TO'THE GENERAL, FUND FOR CLAIMS PAID BY THE
CITY FOR THE FAIRFAX LIBRARY & FIRE DEPARTMENT
BE IT ENACTED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa:
Section 1. Transfer from the Library Gifts & Bequests 'Savings Account Fund to the
General Fund as follows:
a. Transfer Order:. $1,000.00
1. $1,000.00 Purpose: Computer&Accessories
Section 2. Transfer from the Fire Department Equipment Fund to the General Fund as,
follows:
a. Transfer Order.: $809.24
1. $119.88 Purpose: Sweatshirts
2. $689.36 Purpose: T-Shirts
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa„
that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
Resolution.
