A RESOLUTION APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR LOTS 1,2 AND 3 IN
PRAIRIE CREEK ESTATES ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, IOWA
WHEREAS, A Site. Plan has been filed with the Fairfax City Council, Fairfax,
Iowa, and after consideration, the same is found to be correct and in accordance with the
provisions of the laws of the State of Iowa and the ordinances of the City of Fairfax,
Iowa; and
WHEREAS, Hall&Hall Engineers, Inc. has reviewed said Revised Site Plan and
hereby recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Fairfax City Council of the
City of Fairfax, Iowa, that said Site Plan for Lots 1, 2 and 3 in Prairie Creek Estates
Addition to Fairfax, Iowa,be and the same is hereby acknowledged and approved on the
part of the Fairfax City Council of Fairfax, Iowa.

Subject: Agenda Item 8, Approval of site plan for Lots 1, 2, and 3
Prairie Creek Estates Second Addition
We received site plans for the above referenced site, whiich we have reviewed
and approved, As we were preparing our report to Council we received a call
from the Architects on the project that the owner wished to make some
adjustments to the site plan, which would also impact the grading. These
changes, as they were explained to us, were minor in nature. Because of timing, `
their Civil Engineer will not have these revisions finished until during the day on
Tuesday.
They have requested than approval item remain on the agenda so they can begin
grading and utility work this month. We believe this is a reasonable request. We
are prepared to review the plan and make a recommendation for approval,
subject to the revisions being the ones explained to us this week, on Tuesday
evening at the City Counc l fleeting.
