A RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF
CONTRACT AND ESTIMATED COST FOR THE ERECTION OF THE
NEW PUBLIC WORDS OFFICE AND LABORATORY BUILDING PROJECT,
2006 WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT' IMPROVEMENTS
Be it enacted by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa:
WHEREAS, On the& day of006, plans, specifications, form of contract,
and estimated cost were filed with the Clerk of irfax, Iowa., for the erection of the new Public
'Works Office and Laboratory building, 2006 stewater Treatment Plant Improvements within
the corporate limits; and
WHEREAS, Notice of hearing on plans, specifications, form of contract, and estimated.
cost was published as required by law.
BE IT RESOLVED, That the said plans, specifications, form of contract and estimated
cost are hereby approved as the plans, specifications, form of contract and estimated cost for said
improvements for said project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, By the City council for the
City of Fairfax, Iowa that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
execute said Resolution.
