A RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF
CONTRACT AND ESTIMATED COST FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE
NEW MECHANICAL WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY PROJECT,
2006 WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANTIMPROVEMENTS
Be it enacted by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa:
WHEREAS, On thc_L3_day of- 006, plans, specifications, form of contract,
and estimated cost were filed with the l rk of Fairfax, Iowa, for the construction of the new
Wastewater Treatment Facility, mcludin grading the site, ishing and installing equipment,
site piping, concrete structures, electrical and mechanical work and other work necessary to
complete said project, 2006 Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements within the corporate
limits; and
WHEREAS, Notice of hearing on plans, specifications, form of contract, and estimated
cost was published as required by law.
BE IT RESOLVED, That the said plans, specificatio-ns, form of contract and estimated
cost are hereby approved as the plans, specifications, form of contract and estimated cost for said
improvements for said project,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, By the City council for the
City of Fairfax, Iowa that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
execute said Resolution.
