RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION TO ISSUE FINAL PAYMENT #2 TO AERATION INDUSTRIES
INTERNATIONAL,INC. FOR DIVISION I-FLOATING MECHANICAL
AERATORS FOR AERATED LAGOON MODIFICATIONS TO FAIRFAX
WASTEWATER FACILITY
WHEREAS, The City Council of Fairfax, Iowa has contracted with Aeration
Industries International, Inc. for construction of Division I - Floating Mechanical
Aerators for Aerated Lagoon Modifications to Fairfax Wastewater Facility within the
corporate limits; and
WHEREAS, The City engineers, Hall and Hall Engineers, Inc., have received the
application for Final Payment Request No. 2, and they have made recommendation for
payment.
BE IT RESOLVED, To approve Final Payment Request No. 2 for the Division I
- Floating Mechanical Aerators for Aerated Lagoon Modifications to Fairfax Wastewater
Facility and direct Clerk to issue final payment to Aeration Industries International, Inc.
in the amount of$1,965.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, By the Fairfax City
Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute said Resolution.
