RESOLUTION AFFIRMING PARTIAL PAYMENT#2 TO SEPTAGON FOR ERECTION OF THE PUBLIC WORKS AND LABORATORY BUILDING, 2006 WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, On .Idly 20,2006, as part of the claims list payment to Septagon Construction Co., Inc. was approved by motion in the amount of$32,518.50; and WHEREAS, Said payment included $7,682.09 as payment for Change Order No. 1 which was approved by Resolution No. j CVL 1 , on August 8, 2006; and WHEREAS, The City Engineer has reviewed and approved said payment. BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that the payment of partial payment No. 2 to Septagon Construction Co., Inc. for the erection of the Public Works and laboratory Building, 2006 Wastewater Treatment Plant. Improvements is hereby affiirrned. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, By the Fairfax City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized. and directed to execute said Resolution.
