A RESOLUTION TO PROCEED WITH PLAN OF IMPROVEMENTS
PRAIRIE VIEW HEIGHTS ADDITION TO FAIRFAX, IOWA- PHASE 2
WHEREAS, A public improvement plan for paving, erosion control, water, and
storm sewer improvements at Prairie View Heights Addition, Phase 2 has been submitted
to the City of Fairfax, Iowa; and
WHEREAS, The City Engineer has reviewed said plans and profiles for
construction of said improvements at Prairie View Heights Addition, Phase 2 and.
certifies that they are in conformance to design standards of the City of Fairfax, Iowa and
the Metropolitan Area Design.Standards.
BE IT RESOLVED, That the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, grants
permission for contractors to proceed with installation of paving, erosion control, water,
and storm sewer improvernents at Prairie View Heights Addition, Phase 2 in the City of
Fairfax,Linn County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,By the City Council of
the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute said Resolution.
