A RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM
OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATED COST FOR THE
2006 FAIRF'AX SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS
Be it enacted by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa:
WHEREAS, On the day of�� , 2006, plans, specifications, form of
contract, and estimated cost were filed with the Cleric of Fairfax, Iowa, for the 2006 Fairfax
Sanitary Sewer Improvements within the corporate limits; and
WHEREAS, Notice of hearing on plans, specifications, form of contract, and estimated
cost was published as required by law.
BE IT RESOLVED, That the said plans, specifications, form of contract and estimated
cost are hereby approved as the plans, specifications, form of contract and estimated cost for said
improvements for said project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, By the City council for the
City of Fairfax, Iowa that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
execute said Resolution.
