A RESOLUTION APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR 600 FAIRFAX ROAD,
BUSHMAN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FAIRFAX,LINN COUNTY, IOWA
WHEREAS, A Site Plan has been Filed by Dan Bushman with the Fairfax City
Council, Fairfax., Iowa, and after consideration, the same is found to be correct and in.
accordance with the provisions of the laws of the State of Iowa and the ordinances of the
City of Fairfax, Iowa; and
WHEREAS, Hall Hall Engineers, Inc. has reviewed said Site Plan and hereby
recommends approval.
BE IT RESOLVED, By the Fairfax City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa,
that said Site Plan for 600 Fairfax Road, Bushman Addition to the City of Fairfax, Linn
County, Iowa, be and the same,is hereby acknowledged and approved on the part of the
Fairfax City Council of Fairfax, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, By the Fairfax City
Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and Acting City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute said Resolution.
