RESOLUTION APPROVING ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT
FOR FISCAL YEAR 2005-2006
WHEREAS, The Code of Iowa, Chapter 384, requires that all cities prepare and.
submit an Annual Financial Statement of expenditures and receipts to the Office of the
Auditor of State by December 1, 2006; and
WHEREAS, The Council has reviewed all forms required by this report and
found them to be in compliance with the requirements of the Iowa Code; and
WHEREAS, The City Clerk is directed to submit these forms to the Office of the
Auditor of State by December 1, 2006; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of Fairfax,
Iowa, that the Mayor and the Acting City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
execute said Resolution.
