A RESOLUTION DECLARING INTENT TO ENTER INTTO REAL ESTATE
PURCHASE AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, It is the intent of both the City of Fairfax, Iowa(the "City") and Sevig
Development, L.C. ("Sevig") to enter a Real Estate Purchase Agreement within fifteen(15) days
of this Resolution for the City to purchase and Sevig to sell Lot 2 of Prairie View Heights, Phase
One, located in Fairfax, Iowa(the"Real Estate") for the sum of$56,900.
BE IT RESOLVED, By the Fairfax City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa that the
Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Real Estate Purchase Agreement for the
Real Estate.
NOW, THEREFORE,DE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, By the Fairfax City Council
of the City of Fairfax, Iowa,that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
execute said Resolution.
