A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING LOT l OF PRAIRIE VIEW HEIGHTS,PHASE ONE,
FAIRFAX, IOWA
WHEREAS, Sevig Development, L.C. ("Sevig") has agreed to donate Lot 1, Prairie
View Heights, Phase One, Fairfax, Iowa (the "Real Estate") to the City of Fairfax, Iowa (the
"'City"), Sevig and the City agree that the market value of Real Estate is $51,900.00. The Cit
acknowledges receipt of a Warrranty Deed from Sevig to the City conveying the Real Estate to
the City.
BE IT RESOLVED, By the Fairfax City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa that the
Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to accept the Warranty Deed for the Real Estate and to
file same with the Linn County Recorder.
NOW, THEREFORE., BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, By the Fairfax City Council
of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and Acting City Clerk are hereby authorized .and
directed to execute said Resolution.
