A RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISED SITE PLAN FOR LOTS 102105 IN
FAIRFAX HEIGHTS SECOND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, IOWA
WHEREAS, A Revised Site Plan has been filed with the Fairfax City Council, Fairfax,
Iowa, and after consideration, the: same is found to be correct and in accordance with the
provisions of the laws of the State of Iowa and the ordinances of the City of Fairfax, Iowa; and
WHEREAS, Hall & Hall Engineers, Inc. has reviewed said Revised Site Plan and
hereby recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Fairfax City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Iowa, that said Revised Site Plan for Lots 102-105 in Fairfax Heights Second Addition
to Fairfax, Iowa, be and the same is hereby acknowledged and approved on the part of the
Fairfax City Council of Fairfax, Iowa.
