A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS IN PRAIRIE CREED:
ESTATES FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD ADDITIONS AND APROVING THE
MAINTENANCE BOND SUBMITTED BY HORSEFIELD CONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, The construction of improvements in. Prairie Creek Estates First,
Second and Third Additions to Fairfax, Iowa, was authorized by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, Said improvements have been completed; and
WHEREAS, The City Engineer has recommended the acceptance of said
improvements; and
WHEREAS, Horsefield Construction has submitted a maintenance bond to cover
said construction.
BE IT RESOLVED, That the maintenance bond submitted by Horsefield
Construction is hereby approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Iowa, that improvements in Prairie Creek Estates First, Second and Third
Additions to Fairfax, Iowa, be and the same are hereby accepted.
