RESOLUTION REGARDING CHANGE ORDER NO, 5 TO KLEIMAN
CONSTRUCTION,INC. FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW
MECHANICAL WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY, 2006 WASTEWATER
TREATMENT PLANT IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, The City Council of Fairfax, Iowa has contracted with Kleiman
Construction Co., Inc, for the construction of the new mechanical wastewater treatment
facility, 2006 Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements, within the corporate limits; and
WHEREAS, Hall and. Hall Engineers, Inc., has recoanmended Change Order No., 5
Kleiman Construction, Inc. to install extra loading dock ramp, as shown on the attached HHE
sketch dated 10-31-06.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Iowa, to approve Change Order No. 5 for the construction of the new mechanical
wastewater treatment facility, 2046 Wastewater Treatment. Plant Improvements, which will
result in an increase, as reflected in the attached schedule.
