A RESOLUTION APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR LOT 2, KARAL'S SECOND
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, LINN COUNTY, IOWA
WHEREAS, A Site Plan has been filed by Waln Repair & Collision Center with
the Fairfax City Council, Fairfax, Iowa, and after consideration, the same is found to be
correct and in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the State of Iowa and the
ordinances of the City of Fairfax, Iowa; and
WHEREAS, Hall & Hall Engineers, Inc. has reviewed said Site Plan and hereby
recommends approval.
BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that said
Site Plan for Lot 2, Karal's Second Addition to the City of Fairfax, Linn County, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby acknowledged and approved on the part of the Fairfax City
Council of Fairfax, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, By the City Council of
the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and Finance Administrator are hereby
authorized and directed to execute said Resolution.
