A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE CITY OF FAIRFAX RULES AND
REGULATIONS FOR PUBLIC HEARINGS
BE IT RESOLVED, That the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, adopts the City
of Fairfax Rules and Regulations for Public Hearings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, By the City Council of the
City of Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute said Resolution.
