A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CEDAR RAPID'S METRO-AREA HAZARD MITIGATION PLAN WHEREAS, The Linn County Regional Planning Commission worked with local governments in the Cedar Rapids Metropolitan area to develop a hazard mitigation plan, and WHEREAS, The City of Fairfax chose to work with the Linn County Regional Planning Commission to be included in such Plan. BE IT RESOLVED, The Cedar Rapids Metro-Area Hazard Mitigation Plan is hereby accepted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,By the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and City Cleric are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Resolution.
