RESOLUTION REGARDING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 TO RICKLEFS
EXCAVATING, LTD FOR THE 2006 SANITARY SE''`r'VER SYSTEM
IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, The City Council of Fairfax, Iowa, has contracted with Ricklefs
Excavating, LTD for the 2006 'Sanitary Sewer System Improvements, and
WHEREAS, Hall and. Fall Engineers, Inc., has recommended Change Order No. 2
Ricklefs Excavating, LTD to revise quantities of original bid items upon completion of
project.
BE IT RE,SOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, to approve
Change Order No. 2 for the 2006 Sanitary Sewer System Ipurovements, which will result in
an increase of$41,504.57, as reflected in the attached schedule..
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,By the City Council of the
City of Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
execute said Resolution.
