A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF TRUST AND AGENCY
FUNDS TO THE WATER FUND
WHEREAS, The Code of Ordinances of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, 2007, requires
residents to make a deposit for water service; and
WHEREAS, After reasonable effort City Clerk has been unable to locate some former
residents in order to refund the deposit left on file; and
THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED by the City Council ofthe City of Fairfax, Iowa:
Section 1. Transfer from the Trust and Agency Fund as follows:
a. Transfer Order: ! 'LT from the Trust and Agency Fund to the
Water Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Iowa, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
Resolution.
