RESOLUTION REGARDING CHANGE ORDER NO. 6 TO RICKLEFS
EXCAVATING,LTD FOR THE 2006 SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM
IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, The City Council of Fairfax, Iowa has contracted with Ricklefs
Excavating, LTD for the 200^6 Sanitary Sewer System Improvements; and
WHEREAS, Hall & Ball Engineers, Inc. has recommended Change Order No. 6
to Ricklefs Excavating, LTD, to construct a new top for the 'Siepman Wet Well (1 EA
$776.63 EA).
BE IT RESOLVED,By the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, to approve
Change Order No. 6 for the 2006 Sanitary Sewer System Improvements, which will
result in an increase of$776.63, as per the attached schedule.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, By the City Council of
the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute said Resolution.
