A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF LOCAL OPTION
SALES TAX SAVINGS FUNDS TO THE GENERAL FUND
BE IT ENACTED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa:
Section 1, Transfer from the 2004-2005 Local Option Sales Tax Savings Account,
effective April 16, 2008, as follows:
a. Transfer Order: ' 10,190.78 from the 2004-2005 LOST Street Improvement
Savings Fund to the General Fund. Purpose: Backhoe lease
b. Transfer Order: $95.20 from the 2004-2005 LOST Any Lawful Purpose
Savings Fund to the General Fund. Purpose: Backhoe lease
c. Transfer Order: $4,074.43 from the 2001-2002 Street Improvement Savings
Fund to the General Fund. Purpose: Backhoe lease
d. Transfer Order: $29,626.28 from the 2004-2005 LOST Street improvement
Savings Fund to the General Fund. Purpose: Traffic signals at Hwy 151 and
Stoney Point Rd IDOT Project STPN-151-3 (124) —2J-57
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
execute said Resolution.
