WHEREAS, the CITY OF FAIRFAX, IOWA, desires to lease real estate from
ST. PATRICK'S CHURCH for purposes of playground and recreational use.
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa, as
follows:
The City Council having reviewed and considered the attached lease, voted thereon and
approved the execution of the Lease, and hereby authorizes the Mayor of the City of Fairfax,
Iowa to execute the attached Lease.
This Resolution shall be elective upon its passage and approval and in accordance with
law passed and approved thisr gday of '1Cr. 2008.
