RESOLUTION APPROVING STREET FINANCE REPORT FOR FISCAL YEAR
2007-2008
WHEREAS, The Code of Iowa, Chapter 312, Section 14, requires that all cities
prepare and submit and annual Street Finance Report of expenditures and receipts to the
Iowa Department of Transportation.
BE IT RESOLVED,By the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa:
Section 1. The Council has reviewed all forms required by this report and
found them to be in compliance with the requirements of the Iowa.
Code,
Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to submit these forms to the Iowa
Department of Transportation before September 30, 2008,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOI.�VED,By the City Council of
the City of Fairfax, Iowa,that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute said Resolution.
