RESOLUTION REGARDING CHANGE ORDER NO. 8 TO RICKLEFS EXCAVATING,
LTD FOR THE 2046 SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, The City Council of Fairfax, Iowa, has contracted with Ricklefs Excavating,
LTD for the 2006 Sanitary Sewer System Improvements; and
WHEREAS, Hall & Hall Engineers, Inc. has recommended Change Order No. 8 to Ricklefs
Excavating, LTD for adding hydroseeding with liquid mulch binder and revising final
completion date to November 21,2007.
BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, to approve Change
Order No. 8 for the 2006 Sanitary Sewer System Improvements, which will result in an increase
of$702.00, as per the attached schedule.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE H" FURTHER RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
Resolution.
