A RESOLUTION AUTIIORIZING THE TRANSFER OF LOCAL OPTION
SALES TAX SAVINGS FUNDS & TRANSPORTATION CERTIFICATE OF
DEPOSIT TO THE GENERAL FUND—STREET MAINTENANCE
BE IT ENACTED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax„Iowa:
Section 1. Transfer from the 2004-2005 Local Option Sales Tax Savings Account, as
follows:
a. Transfer Order: $76,704.64 from 2004-2005 LOST Street Improvement
Savings Fund to the General Fund. Purpose: Street Maintenance
b. Transfer Order: $12,469.14 from 2004-2005 LOST Property Tax Relief
Savings Fund to the General Fund. Purpose: Street Maintenance
c. Transfer Order 69,047.38 from Transportation Certificate of Deposit
#60007228 Fund to the General Fund. Purpose: Street Maintenance
d. Transfer Order: $6,429.30 from UPRR Fund to General Fund.
Purpose: Street Maintenance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
execute said Resolution.
