RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
HALL AND HALL ENGINEERS,INC. FOR EAST DRAINA.NGE WAY PROJECT ON
EAST CEMETERY ROAD
BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that the
Professional Service Agreement submitted by Hall and Hall Engineers, Inc. is hereby approved..
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Iowa, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
Resolution.
