RESOLUTION SETTING PUBLIC HEARING FOR PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,FOR
OF CONTRACT, AND ESTIMATED COST OF EAST DRAINAGE WAY PROJECT ON
EAST CEMETERY ROAD
BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that bids shall be
received on Wednesday, November 26, 2008, at 10:00 AM in the office of the City Clerk for the
East Drainage Way Project on East Cemetery Road; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Public Hearing for the plans, specifications,
farm of contract, and estimated cost for the East Drainage Way Project on East Cemetery Road
shall be held at the Special City Council Meeting on Tuesday, December 2, 2008, at 6:00 PM at
City Hall.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Iowa, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
Resolution.
