RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPERTY PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH REGIS
AND BARBARA ARP AND KENNETH ARP FOR PROPERTY ON EAST CEMETERY
ROAD
WHEREAS, A property purchase agreement has beensubmitted by Regis and Barbara
Arp and Kenneth Arp; and
WHEREAS, Hall and Hall Engineers, Inc. has recommended acceptance by the City of
Fairfax of said purchase agreement.
BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that the property
purchase agreement submitted by Regis and Barbara Arp and Kenneth Arp be and the same is
hereby approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Fairfax
that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Resolution.
