RESOLUTION SETTING PUBLIC HEARING FOR PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM
OF CONTRACT, AND ESTIMATED COST OF EAST DRAINAGE WAY PROJECT ON
EAST CEMETERY ROAD
BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that bids shall be
received on Tuesday, February 17, 2009, at 10:00 AM in the office of the City Clerk for the East
Drainage Way Project on East Cemetery Road; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Public Hearing for the plans specifications,
form of contract, and estimated cost for the East Drainage Way Project on East Cemetery Road
shall be held at the Special Council Meeting on Tuesday, February 17, 2009, at 6:00 PM at
Fairfax City Hall.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Iowa, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
Resolution.
