RESOLUTION NO. 2009-02-07'
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,FORM OF CONTRACT
AND ESTIMATED COST FOR THE EAST DRAINAGE WAY PROJECT ON EAST
CEMETERY ROAD
Be it enacted by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa:
WHEREAS, On the 27d" day of January, 2009, plans specifications, form of contract,
and estimated cost were filed with the Clerk of Fairfax, Iowa, for the East Drainage Way Project
on East Cemetery Road; and
WHEREAS, Notice of hearing on plans, specifications, form of contract, and estimated
cost was published as required by law.
BE IT RESOLVED, That the said plans, specifications, form of contract, and estimated
cost are hereby approved as the plans, specifications, form of contract, and estimated cost for
said project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, By the City Council of the
City of Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
execute said Resolution.
