A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WARRANTY DEED FOR EAST DRAINAGE WAY
PROJECT ON EAST CEMETERY ROAD—HAROLD &JEANETTE MCCORMIC'K
WHEREAS, Harold McCormick and Jeanette McCormick have agreed to sell property
located on East Cemetery Road to the City of Fairfax, Iowa for the East Drainage Way Project.
The McCormicks and the City agree that the market value of Real Estate is $21,350.00.
WHEREAS, The City acknowledges receipt of the Warranty Deed conveying the Real
Estate to the City of Fairfax from Harold McCormick and Jeanette McCormick.
BE IT RESOLVED, By the Fairfax City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa that the
Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to accept the Warranty Deed for the Real Estate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, By the Fairfax City Council
of the.City of Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and Acting City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute said Resolution.
