RESOLUTION DENYING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 FOR THE
EAST DRAINAGE WAY PROJECT ON EAST CEMETERY ROAD
WHEREAS, The City Council of Fairfax, Iowa has contracted with Arensdorf
Excavating & Trucking, Inc:. for the East Drainage Way Project on East Cemetery Road,
within the corporate limits; and
WHEREAS, Hall and Hall Engineers, Inc., has recommended denial of Change
Order No. 2 for an additional four working days and an increase in compensation of
$4,847.06 for costs related to the delay of these four days.
BE IT RESOLVED„ By the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, to deny
Change Order No. 2 for the East Drainage Way Project on. East Cemetery Road, which
would have resulted in an extension of four days and an increase of$4,847.06.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, By the Fairfax City
Council of the City of Fairfax,Iowa, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute said Resolution.
