RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 4 FOR THE
EAST DRAINAGE,WAY PROJECT ON EAST CEMETERY ROAD
WHEREAS, The City Council of Fairfax, Iowa has contracted with Arensdorf
Excavating & Trucking, Inc.. for the East Drainage Way Project on East Cemetery Road,
within the corporate limits; and
WHEREAS, Hall and Hall Engineers, Inc., has recommended approval of
Change Order No. 4, to extend the project completion date 31 calendar days, from May
29,2009 to June 29, 2009.
BE IT RESOLVED,By the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, to approve
Change Order No. 4 for the East Drainage Way Project on East Cemetery Road which
will revise the final completion date for the contract to be June 29, 2009.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, By the Fairfax City
Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute said.Resolution.
