A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS
FROM THE DRAINAGE WAY ON E CEMETERY ROAD AND
DETENTION BASIN PROJECTS TO THE GENERAL FUND FOR
EXPENSES PAID ON THE DRAINAGE WAY ON E CEMETERY ROAD
AND DETENTION BASIN PROJECTS
BE IT ENACTED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa:
Section 1. Transfer from the Drainage Way on E Cemetery Road and Detention Basin.
Projects Fund to the General Fund, as follows:
a. Transfer Order: $13,303.00 Purpose: Reimbursement for expenses
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the. City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
execute said Resolution.
