A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE
WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY FUND FOR REIMBURSEMENT TO
THE GENERAL, WATER AND SEWER FUNDS FOR EXPENSES PAID ON
THE 2006 WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY AND SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS PROJECTS
BE IT ENACTED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa:
Section 1. Transfer from, Wastewater Treatment Facility Fund for reimbursements of
expenses, as follows:
a. Transfer Order: '$11,469.33 to the General Fund
b. Transfer Order: '$19,759.43 to the Water Fund
c. Transfer Order $26,514.26 to the Sewer Fund
Section 2. Total transfer amount: $57,743.02
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
execute said Resolution.
