HomeMy WebLinkAbout2009-40 STREET FINANCE REPORT FY 208-09 RESOLUTION NO. 2009-40 RESOLUTION APPROVING STREET FINANCE REPORT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2008-09 WHEREAS, the Code of Iowa, Chapter 312, Section 14, requires that all cities prepare and submit an annual Street Finance Report of expenditures and receipts to the Iowa Department of Transportation. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa: Section 1. The Council has reviewed all forms required by this report and found them to be in compliance with the requirements of the Iowa Code. Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to submit these forms to the Iowa Department of Transportation before 'September 30, 2009. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Resolution.
