RESOLUTION APPROVING WAGE INCREASES FOR CITY EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, during the August 11, 2009 city council meeting,the City Council
reviewed employee evaluations,current wage rates, and established wage ranges; and
WHEREAS,the Fairfax Library Board of Trustees met on May 5, 2009 and set
the wages for the library staff for the fiscal year beginning on July 1, 2009.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,the wages were set for each
employee as follows:
Ron Dusil, Maintenance II $23.34 per hour, effective July 1, 2009
Jeff Ammeter, Wastewater $21.22 per hour, effective July 1, 2009
Dave Yanecek, Maintenance I $19.54 per hour, effective July 1, 2009
Dan Zamastil, Maintenance I $19.10 per hour, effective July 1, 2009
Nancy Flickinger,Finance Admin $19.80 per hour, effective July 1, 2009
Cynthia Stimson., City Clerk $17.43 per hour, effective July 1, 2009
Cathy Bayne,Library Director $16.94 per hour, effective July 1, 2009
Kathy Everett, Assistant Director $14.67 per hour, effective July 1, 2009
Ray Davis, Library Janitor $12.67 per hour, effective July 1, 2009
Beth Wilz, Librarian Assist. $11.17 per hour, effective July 1, 2009
Jenna Mumm,Librarian Assist. $9.84 per hour., effective July 1, 2009
Loralei Pleines ,Librarian Assist. $9.50 per hour, effective July 6, 2009
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Iowa,that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
Resolution.
Passed and approve this 11th day of August, 2009.
