RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PRAIRIE CREEK ESTATES DRAINAGE SWALE
AND STORM WATER DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
WHEREAS, The City of Fairfax, Iowa, entered into a contract with Schrader Excavating
& Grading, Co., Inc. for the Prairie Creek Estates Drainage Swale and Storm Water Drainage
Improvements Project; and
WHEREAS, Hall & Hall Engineers, Inc. has certified that said project has now been
completed in substantial compliance with the plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Iowa, that the Prairie Creek Estates Drainage Swale and Storm Water Drainage Improvements
Project, constructed by Schrader Excavating & Grading, Co., Inc., is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that
the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute this Resolution.
