A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE PERSONNEL POLICY MANUAL
WHEREAS, The City of Fairfax, Iowa desires to have an personnel policy
manual which explains their current policies and procedures; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fairfax's employees desire to have an personnel policy
manual to inform them of such policies and procedures.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Fairfax, Iowa, that they adopt the attached personnel policy manual; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Fairfax City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Iowa, that the City Clerk is directed to distribute this manual to all employees
and members of management and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to certify
this resolution of approval.
Passed and approved this 13th day of October, 2009.
