RESOLUTION SETTING PUBLIC HEARING FOR AMENDING THE FAIRFAX
ZONING ORDINANCE OF 2000 OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX,IOWA,BY ADOPTING
A NEW OFFICIAL ZONING MAP
WHEREAS, the City of Fairfax needs to adopt an updated Official Zoning Map and a
public hearing is required to be held concerning this issue.
NOW, THEREFORE., BE IT RESOLVED, that the Public Hearing concerning
adoption of an updated Official Zoning Map shall be held at the City Council meeting on
Tuesday, December 8, 2009,at 7:00 PM at Fairfax City Hall.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa,that
the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Resolution.
Passed and approved this, 10`'day of November, 2009.
