RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT PROGRAM,
PHASE I IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa has contracted with Rathje Construction
Co. for the Water Main Replacement Program, Phase I Improvements, within the corporate
limits, and
WHEREAS, Hall & Hall Engineers, Inc. has certified that said project has now been
completed in substantial compliance with the plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Iowa, that the Water Main Replacement Program Phase I Improvements Project, constructed by
Rathje Construction, Co., is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that
the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute this Resolution.
